Embody a deeper understanding of Fighting, Flow state, and Self mastery
Playful Warrior is a training camp for those who train, teach or just love martial arts — and feel that depth matters more than volume.
Over four days, you’ll be taken on a journey between martial arts training, mindful movement exploration, nature-based experiences, and deep recovery sessions - all facilitated by experts in their own fields; and woven together into one coherent flow.
This camp is an invitation to step away from rigid systems and into a more present, playful, and intelligent way of training & fighting.
Teachers & Facilitators
The camp is guided by
Oliver Enkamp
A lifelong martial artist and professional fighter with experience from the UFC, Bellator-MMA, European- & World Championships in sanda (kickboxing), Muay Thai fights in Thailand, Swedish national team in karate, and Swedish championship titles in grappling & MMA. Oliver is also the head coach of Combat Academy; one of Stockholm’s biggest and oldest martial arts centres still running today - and will lead the martial arts training sessions during the camp
Timmy Forss
Former Swedish & Nordic Champion in Pro Wrestling.
Movement educator, game & play designer, and founder of Nordic Ninjas.
Timmy explores fighting through flow, play, and awareness — helping practitioners train with presence, adaptability, and intelligence rather than force.
Josefin Rheborg
The yin to our yang. A yoga and meditation teacher and guide, sound healer, and bodyworker. Specializing in nervous system regulation, integration and repatterning
Mattias Hoppe
Wakeboard pioneer and co-creator of the training grounds at Bredda, built together with his family. With a lifelong bond to nature, Mattias uses the forest as a teacher — training awareness, humility, adaptability, and respect for terrain, weather, and rhythm. His work invites movement to emerge in dialogue with the land, not in isolation from it.
Together we hold the frame and guide the process, while we let experience do the teaching.
Erik Svensson
Movement coach specialized in Foot Function, Breathwork & Recovery.
Founder of Evolve to MOVE., with over 9 years of experience helping people build resilient bodies from the ground up.
Erik guides participants back to their foundation — using the feet, the breath, and recovery practices to unlock more stability, ease, and sustainable performance.

⚔️ Daily Martial Arts Practice
Every day includes one or more fighting sessions, alternating between striking and grappling.
Focus areas include:
-
Striking - Deep driving in to timing, pressure, rhythm, and Maai (間合い) - the engagement distance
-
Wrestling - Combining posture, balance, flow and movement for effortless scrambles
-
Grappling - Focusing on adaptability in techniques and tactics brought forward in an ”ecological approach”
-
Adjustable contact levels - Train at your own pace and intensity. No pressure, pure joy
