Welcome to our open gym! During these times, you can come to the hall by yourself or with a friend and train on your own responsibility. Note: there are always staff on site during the open gym.

Free training on all surfaces, depending on location.
(Training groups take precedence)
Practical information
It is required to use grip socks for safety reasons.
Ninja socks are available for purchase on site.
